Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Drive north through the scenic Central Highlands with a stop at the Equator crossing in Nanyuki. Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in this world-renowned wildlife conservancy, home to the Big Five and East Africa's largest black rhino sanctuary. Visit the enclosure of the last two remaining northern white rhinos before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner.
After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Explore the vast conservancy in search of lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and numerous antelope species. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only sanctuary in Kenya for rescued chimpanzees. Enjoy lunch at the lodge before another afternoon game drive, returning in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy breakfast before departing for Aberdare National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club before transferring to your tree lodge, either The Ark or Treetops. Spend the afternoon relaxing while watching elephants, buffaloes, bushbucks, giant forest hogs, and other wildlife visiting the floodlit waterhole directly from the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the tree lodge.

After breakfast, set out to explore the beautiful Aberdare National Park. Discover its lush forests, rolling moorlands, spectacular waterfalls, and rich wildlife. Keep an eye out for elephants, buffaloes, black leopards, spotted hyenas, giant forest hogs, and the rare bongo antelope. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and another memorable overnight stay.
